INFOSTER company is one of the leading designers and machine manufacturers in Poland,  with the highest level of technology and innovation in the field of machine designing and construction. We are building machines for our clients, but also designing and building production lines and production plants.

INFOSTER is a dynamic company , that is watching the market continuously and precisely responses to consumers present needs. Excellent management, and a efficient trade policy enabled us to have one of the highest positions on the market and have a key argument for a high sale of products.

One of our specialties is building production lines that perform many operations in the same time in one cycle. We can deliver also many semiautomatic and automatic machines.

In addition our company offers also :designing, technical advice related with mechanization, automation, pneumatic, hydraulic, tool manufacturing, we can provide also spare parts, servicing and modernization works- all what our customer needs!

INFOSTER company is producing machines on an individual order. The vast majority of our machines is unique, design according to our customers requirements. We are using components from reputable companies  and certificated materials, allowing use to maintain high quality. Our clients receive the final product with all technical and operational details.

Currently the company consists of three complement departments that are cooperating with it’s own Development and Technology Construction Office.

  • Development and Technology Construction Office- in this section we employ more than 30 experienced and talented white collar workers such as engineers, technicians, machine designers and industrial process engineers that are co-operating with a highly specialized installation crew that is installing our machines and production lines all over Poland and Europe. Our company main business is designing and building of machines and production lines according to our customer specification and needs. Thanks to our qualified, high class machine constructors -that represent  various industries -we can take on any challenge or task, and design all kinds of machinery. For our projects we are  using advanced systems like CAD/CAM/CAE that enable the implementation of a full range assumption to calculate the initial design and implementation of technical documentation. Our passion is to solve construction difficulties and finding new solutions that can be unusual for the project. We are using hi-tech  equipment and modern methods of designing and calculation- our main advantage is our experience!

    Currently our Development and Technology Construction Office is the largest design office in Malopolska, that specializes in innovative projects. We will design a concept of even the most craziest ideas of our customers. After all our motto is “IMPOSIBLE IS NOTHING”

  • Machine Manufacture Department – this section of the our company is responsible for building machine parts according to drawings delivered from the Development and Technology Construction Office, our  crew is working on modern CNC machines. We produce machine lines with individual character using advanced and innovative technology to satisfy our costumers needs and sustain a high quality of manufacturing.
  • Machine Parts and Repair Department – this division of INFOSTER company is manufacturing machine parts for popular machines as well as for machines that aren’t so popular and a very complicated details of a unique nature. The second task are the repairs- we perform machine line repairs all over Poland in most of Polish ironworks and related metal industry companies.
    Thanks to our 5 axis machine  centers we provide the highest quality of manufactured products.
  • Utilities Department – the oldest division of the company, long we have collected  experience about manufacturing tools, and know thanks to it INFOSTER is one of the leading manufacturer of metalworking tools in Poland. We provide our clients many types of inserts, such as: indexable inserts, carbide inserts, sintered carbides a various of turning tools and special knives made on customer request.

“INFOSTER Utility Plants”  is employing more than 100 workers at present and has a working area of 4000 m2,and a office with an area of 800 m2.We would like to  offer you our services in the field of manufacturing metal elements in a very wide range. We administer metalworking machines that can perform such operations as:

  • Milling – performed on conventional milling machines and on CNC milling machines (3 and 5 axis)

    Conventional – details up to a weight of 2000 kg
    CNC – details up to a weight of 850 kg

  • Turning – performed on conventional and CNC turning lathes

  • Conventional – details up to a length of 5000 mm

  • CNC – details up to a length of 3000 mm and a weight of 8000 kg with a grinding and polishing possibility
    Large details turning –details diameter from 2000 mm up to 4000 mm and a weight of 24 ton

  • Grinding – we perform grinding of surfaces, wholes, irregular and regular shapes (a large section responsible for grinding fixtures) cylindrical grinding of details 2500 mm long
  • Sharpening -  we perform sharpening of various tools on our sharpeners
  •  Drilling
  • Wire erosion machine AGIE detail dimension 860x580x250 and weight of 400 kg
  • Soldering – we perform hard soldering (brazing) on the latest generation of induction heaters
  • Heat treatment – we perform high-frequency hardening of small details
  • Welding – we perform gas and electrical welding operations

Due to our corporation agreements with  Poland’s top metal processing plants we are able to expand our offer  on metalworking in a wider dimension of details.
