Complete production line for welding membrane panels
We have started the realization of our biggest challenge- production and next commissioning of the production line for welding membrane panels. The production line consists of an complete automatic transportation system for pipes of a diameter from 60 to 120mm and length of up to 24 meters and flat bars of similar dimensions. In the firs stage the elements are being calibrated and passed to a grid blasting machine, next they are moved to the but welding station where they are welded and automatically measured. In stage two the welded elements are moved to a welding station where they are connected with flat bars. The biggest advantage of this machine is the possibility to produce mass products and change the production for single products of different parameters in seconds.
Every thing is computer controlled We are using EASB welding machines, we have partnered this company to extend our offer and gain probably the best machines that are available on the market. Additionally laser welding can be added to the production line as like in this case where the customer ordered it.
The production line is build in a new production plant and is using absolutely innovative solutions and is the final result of our Development and Construction Office with consultation with Customers engineers.
The production must start in 5 months- we must make it , there is no other alternative.

Launch of the automatic measuring machine for fatigue tests of doors and gatesWe have completed the installation of our latest project MBD-500, the machine for fatigue tests of doors and windows. The machine is design to inspect the endurance and functionality of single and double doors or windows, in all sizes that are included in BS EN 1911-1991 standard.
The device is equipped with a manipulator arm that simulates the normal operation of the system. Optionally there is a possibility of adding a laser measurement system for controlling door deformation (continuous measurement that provides a computer analysis of multiple parameters in time ).

- An electric drive for the door handle
- Torque sensor
- A display that cooperates with a force sensor
- Steel frame
- Electrical cabinet with wiring
- SOFTWARE
- Optional- laser measurement of length, up and down

The greatest advantage of this production line is the fact that it is able to adjust it to mass production or single unit production with a possibility to implement rapid changes. Everything is computer controlled.
We have decided to use in this project welding machines offered by ESAB company, which with we have partnered. Additionally there can be use a laser welder that has been ordered by the customer.
The complete facility is manufactured in a new building and is an innovative project, made from the beginning by our Design Office that cooperated ideally with the customers technicians.
What is most important- the facility must be constructed in 5 months- there is no other way, We must do it in time!

Automatic pipe clamps production machineAt this moment we are manufacturing a machine for automatic production of pipe clamps, that is made for a client on the polish market. This machine consists on 10 synchronized modules that are cooperating and each one is an independent machine. There are different types of modules: cutting, bending, threading and welding. The machine can manufacture up to 80 units per minute! It is fully CNC controlled and meats all European standards- It is a real speed demon. Changing the size of clamps is easy, changing the size from ¾ inch to 2 inches lasts only 2 hours- such machine is manufactured by few companies in the world, but none have achieved such a result. We have decided to give the machine a 3 year warranty! This particular machine manufactures clamps, but we can make dozens outer parts which You are shown in the film below.
