Complete production line for welding membrane panels
We have started the realization of our biggest challenge- production and next commissioning of the production line for welding membrane panels. The production line consists of an complete automatic transportation system for pipes of a diameter from 60 to 120mm and length of up to 24  meters and flat bars of similar dimensions. In the firs stage the elements are being calibrated and  passed to a grid blasting machine, next they are moved to the but welding station where they are welded and automatically measured. In stage two the welded elements are moved to a welding station where they are connected with flat bars. The biggest advantage of this machine is the possibility to produce mass products and change the production for single products of different parameters in seconds.
Every thing is computer controlled We are using EASB welding machines, we have partnered this company to extend our offer and gain probably the best machines that are available on the market. Additionally laser welding can be added to the production line as like in this case where the customer ordered it.
The production line is build in a new production plant and is using  absolutely innovative solutions and is the final result of our Development and Construction Office with consultation with Customers engineers.
The production must start in 5 months- we must make it , there is no other alternative.

    Currently the company consists of three complement departments that  cooperating with it’s own Development and Technology Construction Office.
 
•    Development and Technology Construction Office- in this section we have employed a various of experienced and talented stuff workers such as engineers, technicians, machine designers and industrial process engineers that are co-operating with a highly specialized installation crew that is installing our machines and production lines all over Europe.

•    Machine Manufacture Department – this section of the company is responsible for building machine parts according to drawings delivered from the Development and Technology Construction Office using. Our  crew is working on modern CNC machines. We produce machine lines with individual character using advanced and innovative technology to satisfy our costumers needs.

•    Machine Parts and Repair Department – this division of INFOSTER company is manufacturing machine parts for popular machines as well as for machines that aren’t so popular and a very complicated details of a unique nature. The second task are the      repairs- we perform machine line repairs all over Poland in most of Polish ironworks and related metal industry companies.

•    Utilities Department – the oldest division of the company, long we have collected  experience about manufacturing tools, and know thanks to it INFOSTER is one of the leading manufacturer of metalworking tools in Poland. We provide our clients many types of inserts, such as: indexable inserts, carbide inserts, sintered carbides a various of turning tools and special knives made on customer request.

“INFOSTER Utility Plants” have been found in 2000 year and at present is employing more than 100 workers. We would like to  offer you our services in the field of manufacturing metal elements in a very wide range. We administer metalworking machines that can perform such operations as:

•    Milling – performed on conventional milling machines and on CNC milling machines (3 and 5 axis)
Conventional – details up to a weight of 2000 kg
CNC – details up to a weight of 850 kg
•    Turning – performed on conventional and CNC turning lathes
Conventional – details up to a length of 5000 mm
CNC – details up to a length of 3000 mm and a weight of 8000 kg with a grinding and polishing possibility
Large details turning –details diameter from 2000 mm up to 4000 mm and a weight of 24 ton
•    Grinding – we perform grinding of surfaces, wholes, irregular and regular shapes (a large section responsible for grinding fixtures) cylindrical grinding of details 2500 mm long
•    Sharpening -  we perform sharpening of various tools on our sharpeners
•    Drilling
•    Wire erosion machine AGIE detail dimension 860x580x250 and weight of 400 kg
•    Soldering – we perform hard soldering (brazing) on the latest generation of induction heaters
•    Heat treatment – we perform high-frequency hardening of small details
•    Welding – we perform gas and electrical welding operations

Due to our corporation agreements with  Poland’s top metal processing plants we are able to expand our offer  on metalworking in a wider dimension of details.
The quality of our products is confirmed by numerous letters of reference of the most prestigious Polish plantsNULL,we also machine parts and tools for French and German partners.
